1. Service Description

LeaseLens ("we," "us," "our") provides automated commercial lease analysis using artificial intelligence. You upload a lease PDF, we analyze it, and we email you a structured report summarizing key terms, obligations, and risk factors.

2. Not Legal Advice

LeaseLens is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal counsel, legal opinions, or attorney-client communications. No attorney-client relationship is formed by using this service.

Before signing any commercial lease, you should consult a licensed real estate attorney in your jurisdiction. Our reports are intended to help you understand your lease more clearly — they are not a substitute for professional legal review.

3. Accuracy Disclaimer

Our analysis is generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations. Lease language is complex and context-dependent. We make no warranty that our reports are complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose. You use our reports at your own risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LeaseLens's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service — including any errors or omissions in your report — is limited to the amount you paid for the report in question. In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

5. Payment and Refunds

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Once a report has been delivered to your email, we do not offer refunds. If you did not receive your report within 30 minutes of payment, contact us at hello@leaselens.org and we will reprocess your analysis at no charge.

6. Data Privacy

We take your confidentiality seriously. Your lease PDF is processed to extract text and generate your report. We do not permanently store your lease content or report after delivery. Your email address is used solely to deliver your report. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

By uploading your lease, you represent that you have the right to share that document with us for analysis.

7. Acceptable Use

You may only submit leases for which you are a party, a representative of a party, or have explicit authorization to analyze. You may not use LeaseLens to process documents in bulk for resale without a separate written agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

The LeaseLens report template, analysis framework, and website content are our intellectual property. You may use your individual report for your own business purposes. You may not reproduce or resell our report format without permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new effective date.
