Broker partner program
You represent commercial tenants for a living. LeaseLens helps them understand what they're signing. Refer clients to LeaseLens and earn a commission on every report they buy. No cap, no minimums, no subscription required.
The math: A broker representing 40 commercial leases per year refers clients who each buy one report. That's 40 × $15 = $600/year from referrals alone. Brokers at 80+ deals are in the $1,200+ range. The referral link goes in your lease delivery email and you never think about it again.
How it works
There's no portal to log into, no forms to fill out every month. You get a link, put it in your emails, and we track the rest.
01
Email hello@leaselens.org with "Partner Program" in the subject. We respond within one business day with your unique referral link and tracking details.
02
Include it in your lease delivery email, your client onboarding packet, or your listing presentations. When a client clicks your link and buys a report, it's tracked to you automatically.
03
At the end of each month, we tally your referrals and send payment via Venmo, PayPal, or ACH — your choice. No minimum payout threshold. One referral, one payment.
What you can earn
All commissions are $15 per single report and $25 per subscription signup. The numbers below are based on single-report referrals. Volume tiers are illustrative.
| Partner type | Reports referred/month | Monthly earnings | Annual earnings | Best fit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Occasional referrals | 1–5 reports/month | $15–$75 | $180–$900 | Brokers who refer selectively — clients who ask for extra documentation or are making unusually large commitments. |
| Active partner | 10–20 reports/month | $150–$300 | $1,800–$3,600 | Brokers who run every lease through LeaseLens as standard practice and refer clients to do the same for their own copy. |
| High-volume partnerMost common | 30–50 reports/month | $450–$750 | $5,400–$9,000 | Teams or individual brokers with a high deal flow who position lease analysis as a built-in part of their client service. |
Subscription referrals ($199/month plan) pay $25 per signup. If the client you refer subscribes instead of buying a single report, you earn more.
How to introduce it
You don't need a script, but here's how other brokers frame it. The goal is to add value, not create a sales moment.
In the lease delivery email
"I've also included a link to run the lease through LeaseLens — it gives you a plain-English breakdown of the key clauses and flags anything I'd push back on. It's $75 and takes about two minutes."
When a client asks about a specific clause
"That's a good question — the LeaseLens report actually covers that specific clause and tells you exactly what it means for your exposure. Worth running it if you want the full picture."
For first-time commercial tenants
"Before you sign, I always recommend running the lease through LeaseLens. It explains every clause in plain English and flags anything you'd want to negotiate. It's $75 and you'll know in two minutes whether the lease is tenant-friendly or not."
Common questions
How does referral tracking work?
You get a unique referral link. When a client clicks it and completes a purchase, that sale is attributed to your account regardless of how long after the click they buy. Tracking is tied to the session — if they come back within 30 days, it still counts.
When and how do I get paid?
Payments go out in the first week of each month for the prior month's referrals. We pay via Venmo, PayPal, or ACH bank transfer. You choose when you apply. There's no minimum — one referral in a month gets paid.
Is there a cap on referral earnings?
No cap. If you refer 200 reports in a month, you earn $3,000. The program scales with your volume.
What if my client already has a subscription?
The referral commission is for single $75 report purchases. If your referral signs up for the $199/month subscription instead, we pay you $25 for that conversion — more than a single report because it's a recurring customer.
Can I white-label LeaseLens reports for my clients?
Not currently — all reports are branded LeaseLens. If you're interested in a white-label arrangement for your firm, email us and we'll have a conversation. We're open to it for the right volume.
Do I need a LeaseLens subscription to be a referral partner?
No. A subscription is not required to earn referral commissions. That said, most active partners do use LeaseLens themselves — it's the fastest way to understand what you're recommending to clients.
